It was a sunny Saturday in 2021 and I took 2cd. Later on I went outside by myself and was walking around until I arrived at castle lake in my town. There I sat down and started thinking about life, my situation and where I’m headed. This brought me to the idea and writing of ‘Memento Mori’ (Latin for “remember that you [have to] die”) and with this in my mind I knew I’m going to create something which will exist forever. When I went back home I started recording it. Furthermore the song is mixed and mastered by myself.
