platinum-certified hip-hop titan Derez De’Shon is back with his long-awaited new album, Bigger Than Me. He heralded the album’s release and dropped a new electrifying music video for “S.T.L.B. (Shake the Lil Booty)” featuring Memphis-based rapper Big Boogie. Watch it above.
The music video for “S.T.L.B” is the perfect accompaniment to the exhilarating track, featuring a flurry of icy jewelry, comedy, and plenty of dancing. The track has just begun to pick up steam on streaming services. Derez De’Shon recently spoke with StreetSauceTV to promote Bigger Than Me and talk about his upbringing.
Following the recent release of the street gospel “Save Me,” Derez De’Shon takes a journey from the church to the club on “S.T.L.B.,” igniting the hook “shake that little booty” over the track’s infectious bounce. Derez brings uncontainable energy to his creative flows, and Big Boogie electrifies a complementary verse.
After cultivating an ever growing and loving fanbase and hitting 1 billion streams on all platforms, the “Godfather of Pain Music” returns with his first full-length in two years. He leaves no emotion untapped across these 20 tracks. Once again, he invites a few friends along for the ride. Entering the scene, Derez De’Shon is re-introducing himself. Having created a buzz, Derez De’Shon has quietly had one of the most successful runs of any underground urban artist due to the mass acclaim of his first billboard hit, “Hardaway,” off his 2018 project – Pain. The track did so well that 2 Chainz, DJ Envy, and Yo Gotti jumped on the official remix. The album Pain also featured Ralo, Birdman, and Mozzy.
Derez’s influence has been massive amongst the current generation (Lil Tjay, Rod Wave, A Boogie, Roddy Ricch) and has been dubbed the Godfather of this entire Pain-Rap movement.
