Kodak Black Pleads Not Guilty

The Pompano Beach rapper was arrested after a home raid in January

Kodak Black is pleading not guilty to charges including possession of marijuana and possession of ammunition in connection with his January home raid arrest.

The rapper was in court on Tuesday (February 27), where he entered the not guilty pleas. Just last week, three charges stemming from the case were dropped, including possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect.

His lawyer Bradford Cohen is arguing that it is impossible to prove that the drugs and gun belonged to him
